High-quality construction Our Eco Homes are designed to be built of Structurally Insulate Panels (SIPs). SIPs are optimal for new construction, whether residential, commercial, or industrial. SIP panels are delivered pre-cut and pre-insulated because our SIPs kits are designed and manufactured off-site to specifications.

Customizable Another positive of CSM eco modular homes is that, the interiors and exteriors are customizable. Once completed, you would not know it was different from a site-built home. They can also be tailored for accessible living and can include options for an open floor plan, convenient counter heights and consistent spacious rooms.

Cost-effective As a result of streamlined modular construction and the use of sustainable building materials, CSM eco modular homes cost less to build and are an affordable housing alternative.

Quicker completion time With the majority of construction done in a factory-controlled setting, CSM eco modular homes are completed 70% faster than their conventional real estate counterparts. Longevity and durability If kept wind and watertight, SIPs panels will last the lifespan of the building. EPS (insulation between the OSB boards) doesn’t degrade or deteriorate over time, so it could potentially last a lot longer than standard timber frame walls and roofs.
